Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping
• Domestic (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
• International: Transit times vary depending on customs and destination.
RH Peptides is not responsible for delays, seizures, or import restrictions once an order has left our facility.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.
Refunds may be considered only if:
• The wrong product was sent
• The item was damaged in transit (proof required within 48 hours)
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support@rhpeptides.com immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue or filing a claim.
International Customers
Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws. RH Peptides is not responsible for customs holds or seizures.
